The information you provide to Southwest Virginia CPR will not be sold or shared with any third parties. It will be used to contact you about course details and future course offerings. Southwest Virginia CPR utilizes PayPal for all payments. Please view the PayPal privacy policy for questions or concerns related to financial transactions.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend class, or if you cancel within 48 hours of the class, no refund will be issued.

A $5 service fee will be charged for refunds issued at the request of the customer with the following guidelines. The service fee will be waived if Southwest Virginia CPR makes the cancellation.

If you cancel your registration within two weeks of the class (but outside of the 48 hours described above), we will refund you 50% of the original cost except the $5 service fee.

If you cancel your registration more than two weeks in advance of the class, we will refund you 100% of the original cost except the $5 service fee.

If Southwest Virginia CPR cancels a class due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstance, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

We will contact you by email for instructions and information related to the course. We will make every effort to give you as much notice as possible when we cancel a class, and we strongly urge you to monitor your email for updates regarding the class. You may also provide us with a phone number to receive calls or texts for updates if you prefer.
